How to win
Winners will be decided by a public voting and a jury consisting of ITI Academy Senior Editors and ITI Fellows.
There will be a winner in each of the following categories: Esthetic cases, immediate protocols, digital workflow, and straightforward treatments. One of the four will also be the grand prize winner. All submitted videos will be presented in a public gallery.
Anyone with an ITI account can log in free of charge, view the videos, submit their votes and share it to social media. The “public opinion” is half of the final score. The other half will be determined by a jury consisting of ITI Academy Senior Editors and ITI Fellows, assessing the videos for their educational, procedural and technical value.

Timeline
Submissions are accepted until March 2024 and the winners will be announced at the ITI World Symposium 2024 in May 2024.
Submit your videos starting January 10 through the submission page. All submissions must be completed by 23:59 CET on March 31, 2024. The timestamp of the ITI servers will serve as the official time for submission compliance.
A gallery with all submissions will be open for public voting. At the same time, the jury – as presented above – will evaluate the videos.
The combined scores of public voting and jury evaluation will determine the winners.
All winners will be announced at the ITI World Symposium in Singapore.
All participants will also be informed via email at the same time.

Yes, you can!
Yes, you may submit multiple videos, offering the opportunity to showcase various aspects of your clinical work.
Videos should present either full cases or specific clinical procedures in an educational manner, including the rationale and evidence behind the decision-making, and reference ITI publications where possible. Length should be 7-10 minutes, using any standard video format, and Full HD quality. The maximum accepted file size is 1000 MB.
Videos must be in English, but subtitles or voice-overs are permitted for non-English speaking patients.
A physical copy of patient consent must be retained in the clinical file, authorizing worldwide publication of the video on various platforms for learning- and promotional purposes, and should comply with international data protection regulations. Read the full submission guidelines carefully before accepting them.
Yes, you retain full intellectual property rights over your video content, with the right to request its removal from ITI platforms under exceptional circumstances. Plus, it is your responsibility that your submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights, including patient rights.
The jury will focus on the educational and procedural value, as well as the technical quality of your video. The combined scores of public votes and jury evaluation will determine the winners.
There will be a winner each for highest educational, procedural, and technical value, plus, for best straightforward case or procedure. Each of the four will receive a cash prize of USD 2000. Among the four category winners, one overall winner will be selected and awarded an additional USD 2000.
The submission phase starts on January 10, 2024, and ends on March 15, 2024. Voting is open from March 1, 2024, through April 15, 2024. All winners will be announced at the ITI World Symposium which takes place from May 9 to 11, 2024, in Singapore.
ITI reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate submission rules or provide misleading information.
