Immediate, Early, or Delayed Implant Placement: Digital Planning
Immediate, early, and delayed implant placement are critical approaches in dental implantology, each with specific indications, advantages, and challenges. Digital planning has revolutionized these procedures by enhancing precision, reducing surgical risks, and improving patient outcomes. This part explores the role of digital technologies, such as 3D imaging and computer-aided design, in planning and executing immediate implant placements. It highlights how digital tools assist in selecting the optimal planing for implantation based on patient-specific factors, facilitating more predictable and efficient outcomes in both simple and complex immediate cases.

Immediate Implant Placement, Immediate Temporary, Bone Augmentation, and Soft Tissue Augmentation
Immediate implant placement with immediate temporization, combined with bone and soft tissue augmentation, represents a comprehensive approach to dental rehabilitation. This technique aims to enhance both functional and aesthetic outcomes by placing the implant directly after tooth extraction, providing immediate provisional restoration, and addressing bone and soft tissue deficiencies. This part examines the synergistic role of bone grafting and soft tissue augmentation in optimizing tissues stability and esthetics, while reducing treatment time. It also highlights the clinical benefits, challenges, and factors influencing the success of this advanced, minimally invasive procedure.

Hands-on Workshop: Immediate Implants in the Esthetic Area
This hands-on workshop provides participants with practical experience in immediate implant placement in the esthetic zone, where precision and technique are critical for optimal cosmetic outcomes. Attendees will learn key surgical skills, including atraumatic extraction, immediate implant positioning, and managing soft tissue to preserve the natural gingival architecture. The workshop will also cover the use of immediate provisional restorations and strategies for bone and soft tissue augmentation. Through guided exercises, participants will gain confidence in addressing the unique challenges of the esthetic area, ensuring predictable and aesthetically pleasing results.

Immediate Implants in Premolars and Molars
Immediate implant placement in premolars and molars offers a streamlined approach to tooth replacement, aiming to preserve alveolar bone, reduce treatment time, and enhance patient satisfaction. This technique involves placing the implant immediately after tooth extraction, reducing the need for additional surgeries and preserving natural tissue contours. This part explores the unique challenges associated with immediate implants in posterior regions, such as managing larger extraction sockets, achieving primary stability, and addressing occlusal forces. It also discusses the criteria for patient selection, surgical techniques, and the role of advanced technologies in ensuring predictable and successful outcomes.

Individualized Healing Abutments and Bone and Soft Tissue Augmentation in Immediate Premolars and Molars
Individualized healing abutments, combined with bone and soft tissue augmentation, play a crucial role in optimizing outcomes for immediate implant placement in premolars and molars. Custom healing abutments are designed to contour soft tissues and support ideal emergence profiles, promoting aesthetic integration and tissue health. This part discusses how bone and soft tissue augmentation techniques, in conjunction with individualized abutments, enhance implant stability, preserve alveolar bone, and improve long-term outcomes. It also addresses the unique challenges of managing the posterior region, focusing on the role of digital planning and patient-specific approaches in ensuring successful functional and aesthetic results.
